Born to Terni in July 21 st 1962, it achieves the diploma of Superior School at the "Liceo Classico Cornelio Tacito"of Terni.  It graduates in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture "La sapienza" in Rome .

He has developed the doctorate of search in "Architectural and Urban Planning" at the Polytechnic in Milan.

Architect, affiliate in the bulletin-board of the Architects of Rome and Province with the n. 9637 from 1991 to 2003 and affiliate in the bulletin-board of the Architects of Terni and Province with the n. 397 from the 2004.
