In the projects for Terni and for Cascia it is present the idea to face the necessary themes of the planning of the actual city as those of the retraining of the outskirts and that of a moderate expansion and "extensive" of the actual city, following the idea of the time of the city, of an order of the city had been directing for the time of a substantial continuity made of following centrality. The outskirts of the city has been measured according to the idea of centrality that are prepared along the runs matrix and around which really grow the districts of the urban reality. The retraining of the project reveals therefore the continuity of this order, returning the visibility of it, strengthening the riconoscibilità of use of it and foreseeing in the centralitàs new opportunities, new services, hypothesis of building substitution and restructuring with public endowments and of use public.The whole outskirts has articulated therefore in these measures of centrality, naturally prepared according to a reasonable pedestrian way, around 750 meters diameter, and served by a sketch of the coherent layouts of slide with the runs matrix, variations and organic doublings of a formed city in the time.

Cascia is a small town of mountain, by now whose accessible and adjoining territory to the consolidated center is saturated and deprived of the possibility of further expansions. The theme of the residential expansions of future forecast was therefore that to not only realize her in a limited measure but also in relationship with the landscape.The points of landscape of the project of PRG suggest forms of the new installation prepared according to a centrality, suburbs around to a small center and not only lined up in generic I lean out toward the panorama as "little train" of small houses to team that today they mark the outskirts and the landscapes of our cities and the countries. Measure of a growth for following centrality, in accord with the nature and in continuity with the geography of the landscape.

Campello on the Clitunno is not the name of an inhabited center but points out more the whole centers, Ravale, Bianca, Villa, Building, Settecamini, united by a crown of roads that are faced around to a great common open space. The project of plan consolidates this particular identity confirming the role of this space in an open urban park and not built, marked to the borders by new services and imagining the growth as diffused completion of the small existing places. Saverio Muratori said: "...to plan means to leave to work the reality understanding the sense of the best use of it. In other words the man must know how to manage his/her patrimony and not to invent him/it or to transform him/it. By now the school of the manager must be made and not already that of the performer; not to reform the environment but to reform the conscience of the manager." To plan is to recognize.

Tuoro on the Trasimeno is a beautiful country to the confinements with Tuscany stretched on an in relief knoll on the lake Trasimeno. It also possesses the particular quality to be a visible territory in an only look in an only point of view. The project respects its harmonic and complete physiognomy in the landscape, rearranging some limits of its urbanistic history as the absence of a building fabric in the zones of new expansion of the principal centers, Tuoro, Vernazzano and Borghetto.It prepares the new perspectives of growth in a fabric of completion of the installations risen in the lowland along the viabilità and in the indication of a new urban park, area open of agricultural compromise understood between the residential areas and the handicraft area.

The contest for the Bridge of the Music has been an enough fortunate project in which I have faced the construction of this new structure in a particular point of the landscape of the Italic Hole, where on the other side of the river the slopes of the mountain are very near and above all it lean out Villa Madam, the villa drawn by Rafael and others that it also constituted the matrix compositiva of the sporting complex of Of the Debbio.
This way the project tried not not only an emergent carrying structure, so that not to cut and to encumber the landscape in that point of the handle of the Tevere, but it also divided him in two arms of which one looked in directed way the villa.

A parking lot gathers the pedestrian runs of one fragmented contemporary outskirts toward the church, prepared by a geometry centered on an irregular site.
The parking lot of this parish church is also an occasion of meditation on the floor. I have invented, drawn and made to realize the pedestrian part of this ground and I have drawn her in a geometry that Chesterton would have appreciated, another bit of sky with the lamp-post, that introduces to a bridge and then to the church of the greatest outskirts in this city.
